At Deimos Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new artwork doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective packaging and shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gallery team inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
